Rates:
Individual Therapy
$125.00 per 50 minute session
Educational Consulting
$150.00 for initial 75 minute consult with individual therapy rates applying for each additional session.
Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of a counseling session. Barefoot Counseling LLC, accepts cash, check, credit card, FSA & HSA Accounts. You are welcome to pay online through the patient portal or in person.
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens! In the event that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment I respectfully request that you provide 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to provide notice 24 hours in advance will result in you being billed for the full cost of the session.
Insurance:
I do not accept insurance at this time but I am happy to provide you with a superbill. If you wish, you can submit this statement to your insurance company for possible Out of Network reimbursement.
Reduced Fees:
I will provide a discounted/ sliding scale rate when possible. Please inquire if you feel you would qualify for a sliding scale reduction in fees.
